University do not represent or warrant that the software is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
University do not represent or warrant that the software is free of viruses or other harmfull components. In no event will University be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the exercise of this license or the use of licensed software.

Please, be informed that according to the Italian law, your datas will be managed by University of Bologna. You should enforce the right ex art. 13 d.lgs 193/06 asking for removing, accessing etc. Moreover be informed that your datas will be managed only for the purpose of this order and will not be divulged.


Thank you for your order. The UpenWin Software can be purchased in two different ways:
a) Single User License: Price: € 400 + IVA	a non-exclusive, non-transferable license which allows A SINGLE USER to use the software. In this case it is necessary to communicate the name of the person who has the right to use the software. This name will be used to customize the software window.
b) Multiple User License: Price: € 1200 + IVA	a non-exclusive, non-transferable license which allows a Company / Institution / University / Organization - hereinafter "Company" to use the program without limitations within the company. In this case it is necessary to communicate the name of the Company which will use UpenWin. This name will be used to customize the software window.
